I’m Craig Whyte, a qualified personal trainer in Thurrock, Essex, dedicated to helping men and women aged 40–60 feel energised stronger and more confident again.
I understand the unique challenges with this stage of life; stiffness, low energy, weight changes, or just feeling disconnected from fitness. I know that fitness changes as we get older, and so should the approach.
